Victor Stukat Gren joined AskBio in 2021 and serves as Head of Strategy, where he helps guide the company’s long‑term direction and unlock enterprise value across scientific, clinical, and operational domains. 

Since joining AskBio, Victor has held several senior leadership roles—including Vice President, Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Financial Planning, Analysis & Treasury—strengthening the company’s strategic and operational foundations and playing a central role in building a high‑performing Finance organization.

Before joining AskBio, Victor spent more than 15 years at Bayer, holding leadership roles across the U.S. and Germany at the intersection of R&D, strategy, and finance. Most recently, he led the R&D Portfolio & Strategy Office for Bayer’s Radiology franchise, where he oversaw portfolio strategy, resource planning, and strategic decision making for a global R&D organization.

Victor holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Saint Francis University.
